I do not advise buying a Gvido for sheet music at all.
I am a repertorist singing pianist and given the thickness of scores that I carry, I decided to buy this device a year and a half ago.
I have had a serious problem with the device and they have not given me a solution. They have let me find life on my own.
It turns out that after charging it with its corresponding cable, I tried to turn it on as usual and the initial screen froze as it sometimes also happened but unlike other times, this time the screen froze and there was no way that it would return to work.
I got in touch with the technical team and they just had to send me the short and paste of the indications that come in the instructions of the device itself on how to turn it on and how to turn it off ...
I was like this for almost a month, asking them to please give me technical help and they never helped me.
Their answer was that they don't have this service in Spain but they didn't give me the option for another country, so I had to find a good technical service myself that could solve the problem.
They told me that the motherboard was bad and that they would see if they could solve it because the simple thing would be for them to send me a motherboard but there was no way they would send it to me.
I tried to get insurance to cover part of the repair and for this I needed the invoice. As in his day I had so much traffic with the customs issue, invoice there and here, I lost it and could not find it with what I asked them to please send me the invoice.
After another month asking them to send it to me, they told me that they were going to refer it to the corresponding department and they never sent it to me. In the end, they told me that since I had bought it a year and a half ago that they had already deleted the invoice and it did not even appear in the database.
A horror!
The service is dire! It can not be worst!
It seems incredible that after the cost of the device they have such poor service. If you have a problem, they leave you totally stranded and at the hand of God!
I do not recommend this device at all because of its poor service
